Hormozgan Steel and Stone Company has decided to build a lime production line with a capacity of 360 tons per day as needed. The construction of this production line is to develop the production of the factory. The most important use of lime is for melting the steel production process, but it is also used for consumption in other industries. Geographical features of the plant's location include its proximity to the Persian Gulf for easy access to international open waters, access to the Shahid Rajaei port complex and rail and road transport infrastructure, proximity to major steelmakers in the south of the country (Steel Hormozgan, Kaveh Steel, South Kish, Saba Persian Gulf Steel).
